Highly Controversial Climate Fiasco Goes Down in Utah With HJR 12 and HJR 21
(EnviroNews Utah) – This is the first part of our coverage on the global warming-oriented, legislative fiasco on Capitol Hill in Utah surrounding two highly controversial pieces of legislation.
House Joint Resolution 12 (HJR 12), and it’s counterpart HJR 21 made national headlines as Utah’s highly conservative Republican Representatives Kerry Gibson (Weber County), and Mike Noel (Kanab County) put forth resolutions that referred to Climate Change as a “hoax” and as a “conspiracy” and accused over 97% of the worlds scientific community of “riding a gravy train” — this, in an attempt to stear Utah’s legislature to that very same position on all future climate-oriented legislation.
