President Obama Speaks to Pumped-up Boise State University Crowd Following State of the Union
(EnviroNews DC News Bureau and EnviroNews Idaho) — Boise, Idaho — On January 21, 2015 President Barack Obama followed up on his State of the Union address from the night before, choosing Boise State University as the venue.
The President seemed to be in a jovial mood and elaborated on myriad topics addressed in his State of the Union. Economics, energy, the current unemployment rate and jobs were at the forefront in the speech, but noteworthy was the reiteration of his intention to make community college free for everyone — a plan that many are saying would constitute a monumental move forward for education in America if the Pres. is able to pull it off.
EnviroNews DC and local EnviroNews Idaho were on the scene for the event and captured two camera angels from the White House Press Pool in 4K. The media stages were rickety so please excuse the slight bumpiness. Thank you for watching.
